After previously working with a big-box store for building materials, I was in utter shock and awe at how simple this whole process actually could be once I decided to try going through Sandpoint Building Supply. Amanda is extremely efficient and got me everything I needed in order to get materials ordered and delivered quickly. Give this girl a raise! She knew the answers to all of my questions, is very timely, and simply gets things done. I also really am appreciative of Ted and the other delivery driver who delivered my lumber. So far, everyone I’ve worked with has been very capable, professional, and friendly. This is not typical these days, and I’m very grateful! Because of these interactions not only will I suggest SBS to others, but now I plan to go through them for whatever materials I can for the duration of my home-building project. It’s amazing to be able to call, talk to someone knowledgeable, and get things done without being transferred 10 different times and constantly put on hold. SBS, Amanda, and Ted have all been a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!!

I stopped in to look at some siding for my house. I just gave them a heads up I was coming up. And it was cool. They remembered me from our quick phone call. Their store is great, they have all kinds of construction material. What I really liked was that they had some of the different types/brands of siding already “up” on their sort of demo wall (not just for me of course but it had the type I was looking for). Also, they had pre gathered samples for me to look at. And we ordered some more samples. Basically, super helpful, and great.
